Default Paperwork - how do you organise yours?

I decided to organise my TF paperwork today. It took me nearly the whole day! It's not something that I've really put much thought into until recently. Normally whenever I open a new Transformer I go and shove the paperwork... somewhere. A box here, a box there. It was only a year or two ago that I started shoving them into my accessories case. But there have been a few times when I've found that I just can't find things by rummaging through that mess.

So today I sorted it all out in an accordion organiser case. All my catalogues, instruction booklets etc. - sorted in different categories. Then I put the organiser on the bathroom scales... 5kg of bloody catalogues and instruction booklets!! (O_o) I was honestly amazed.

So I'm curious as to how the rest of you guys store your paperwork. Do you bother to keep them organised or do you have them all dumped in some container as I had until now?

I've got a couple of Marbig folders with each set of instructions in a plastic sleeve arranged by series, size class, and alphabetical order.

    + Cybertron/Galaxy Force instructions
+ Binaltech, Alternators & Masterpiece instructions
+ Universe ("1.0"), Timelines and Robot Masters catalogues and instructions

I guess if you collect from all lines, organisation becomes relevant but if you only collect from just a few, it becomes redundant.

Mate, that's the last time your getting paperwork.

I generally store it with the box of the toy. If I don't keep the box, then the paperwork all hits the recycle bin. I have no use for instructions so that's a large reason why too that I don't have teh same problem with paperwork. Other than that, I have a tech specs card/catalogue folder which is my primary source of storage.

The only thing that is loosely thrown around are my G1/Botcon tech spec cards. They aren't in a shape that's suitable for standard storage so they sit in there with a bag of very few backing cards that I've kept.

Guh... I know... I have no idea why they can't make BotCon tech spec cards the same standard size as collectible trading cards. :/ I keep all non-standard size tech specs in a plastic sleeve that's in the same ring-binder folder as my other tech spec cards which I keep in trading card sleeves. I have another folder which I keep non-tech spec Transformers trading cards in.

Maybe it's something we need those Ozzie Botconners to ask this year! Oh and while we're at it, doesn't it irk anyone that the back of those cards are such a lame brown cardboard? really a turnoff when u turn it over.
