    Since the decline of well written techspechs and card art, I throw mine out. Current Hasbro Stuff just ain't worth keeping IMO.

    The good old ones, and the fancy stuff like MP and Binaltech are stored in boxes.

    Also game stores.

    Here's what they look like. Folders you can easily get from any stationery supplier - all the protective sleeves I use are compatible with 3-ring folders.
