All my instructions and accessories are kept in an ice cream container under my bed. Ice cream's been eaten of course

I've got a couple of Marbig folders with each set of instructions in a plastic sleeve arranged by series, size class, and alphabetical order.

+ Car Robot/RID catalogues and instructions
    + Unicron Trilogy catalogues
    + Armada/Micron Legend instructions
    + Energon/Super Link instructions
    + Cybertron/Galaxy Force instructions
+ Binaltech, Alternators & Masterpiece instructions
+ Universe ("1.0"), Timelines and Robot Masters catalogues and instructions

I guess if you collect from all lines, organisation becomes relevant but if you only collect from just a few, it becomes redundant.
