TakTom Sideways looks pretty cool... almost alternity cool...
but whats with the puny feet and ankles in robot mode??

While the darker color on the R8 looks better, it still looks like a crappy toy.

Is Breakaway even appearing in the movie? If not, then I'm not really fussed.
As for Sideways, I personally don't find either more or less appealing than the other, so I'm probably just gonna stick with the Hasbro version myself.

Neither colour shade detracts from the overall appearance of either mould, but why red on sideways belly I mean seriously did they run out of black plastic.
Breakaway is just plain awesome he is a must buy, though the blue in place of black or grey plastic for his feet etc for me is a questionable choice, though in saying that pictures never really show the contrast of colours until you have it in hand. Regardless Breakaway is mine!

Sideways has a very disappointing robot mode that even painting over the red may not fix. The feet are ridiculously small so my bet is he won't be posable at all and will just fall over if you so much as look at him.

I like the Sideways mould myself, but I dont like the red colour its screams Autobot to me.
Is he actualy red in the movie?
