    Default ROTF R****e Toy Image

    ROTF Ravage Toy Image

    Looks pretty cool but I'm guessing it'll prob be like scorponok and not have a real alt mode considering what it is in the movie

    edit by griffin - if the image isn't coming up, go here to the source - http://www.tf08.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=456

    Was it meant to be an image or a link?

    Then it's G1 accurate!

    Interesting to see that Hasbro has reacquired the rights to the name "Ravage" and didn't have to call it "Decepticon Ravage" or "Battle Ravage." That's kewl.

    Or they're using the name under license from the studio.

    Also it doesn't really look like something that should transform. Maybe a suitcase so that Soundwave can put all of his intelligence documents into, but yea.

    Paramount's rights to the names as movie characters wouldn't free them up for use by Hasbro for use as action figures though. Hence why we've had discrepancies between movie character and toy names such as:

    Jazz --> Autobot Jazz
    Ratchet --> Autobot Ratchet
    Frenzy --> Decepticon Frenzy

    And even with the mix up of the names Devastator and Brawl between Paramount and Hasbro, Hasbro had to use "Decepticon Brawl" -- they couldn't just use "Brawl." And for RotF they're using "Constructicon Devastator" because they can't use "Devastator."
