Yes, I am now looking for a place to live, and wanting some help if it can be offered.

For those of you who do not know me, I currently live in North Balwyn but have been told that my room must be vacated by June 10th at the latest because someone else needs to stay here.

-A single bedroom in a flat or house.
-Enough room for a Queen-sized bed and desk.
-looking to live with people who are under 30, preferably no couples.
-Must have secure space for my car, on or off street or garage.
-Rent must not exceed $220 per week not including expenses.

I'm currently looking to rent in the areas of Preston, Thornbury, Northcote, Brunswick, Essendon, Moonee Ponds, as well as Richmond, Hawthorn, Abbortsford, or Kew.
