David the android is brilliant! Really looking forward to seeing him in the movie now. Dunno about the rest of the cast yet though. Charlize Theron? Puh-lease. It's got that very modern slick/clean look to it which I'm not really a fan of (prefer the darker, grittier, more realistic style of Blade Runner and Alien) but eh, it's Ridley Scott so I'm sure it'll be good.

It's not meant to be a big part or even an explicitly stated part of the film, but I've now read three different "upcoming movies" info articles that have mentioned it.

Really???Ridley Scott's been talking about it for years. It changed direction a few times, and was originally going to be a 2 film story.

Rumour has it that Sony aren't happy with the new spidey and are scrapping the creative team for the sequel. While this one looks like a turd hopefully #2 could turn it around.
