Thanks for the link. It looks like a nice DIY project but i suspect that sourcing a range hood, piping and other materials may push the cost pretty close to the mini spray booth if not more with todays prices....

Yes, i currently do use water based acrylic paints from games workshop and Tamiya etc to do all the details...
However, at the moment I'm just spray painting entire base coats and some large areas (whenever i can use masking tape properly that is )
The finish you can achieve is sooo smooth and consistent.....
