And yes paint helps a lot, he repaints the whole figure on all his customs which gets rid of that plasticy toy look. Autobot X even has proper wear, not crappy hasbro black smudges. If I wasn't already into painting minatures I'd repaint some of my TF's to.

I cant believe he made this using parts from 100+ junker TFs/gundam/zoids/robotech....farken hell...
and with all those different parts with their own special details, he painted it beautifully....its really awesome...

Shrug from me. Lots of nostalgia there but I hated that episode like the plague. Ain't gonna start liking hte toy now. The skill in creating it though is without doubt brilliant.
