That's a great story. I give Hasbro one thumb up.
2 thumbs up to Takara who sent me a replacement part for my Masterpiece Convoy - via international FEDEX (which meant that it arrived in 3 working days) and also gave me a bunch of freebies (SCF PVC and exclusive stickers)!!
Either way, a great outcome.

I'm surprised that Hasbro did not send you "A toy of equal or lesser value" then send you out a Cybertron Clocker as a trade-off.
