ROTF Ironhide Transformation Help

Uh, I have some trouble getting him into his truck mode, at the end I cannot position his arms right...I dont know whether i've put something else in the wrong spot, but I just cant get it right...the instructions are no help to me. Please help me.

his arms end up like they are the reverse of how you think they should be...

first, his waist sits at an angle in vehicle mode.... gotta have that, and i know some people who try and make it sit flat then his legs don't fit....

back to the arms, the shoulder screw in the back should be facing the road, with the front of the forearms facing the same way. Then the pegs in the waist fit into grooves in the back of the forearms.
