Hope i don't ruin any thing by saying this.

But,If this did happen...
I would feel sorry all the "Ratchet's" (would hate to hear what Animated Ratchet would say "or would i like to".) and other repair bots if they weren't made properly first at the factory before they came to life.

Interesting how most of you are assuming that our toys would all be like Buzz Lightyears -- fully believing in the fiction that was made for them, whereas I like to believe it'd be like the other toys in Toy Story who have developed their own personalities and quirks independent of whatever they may have been marketed or designed for. Like the Rex who's a big softie. You could have a balance - toys who still carry their fictional personas, but still know that they're toys... like the Army Men. They're awesome.

Still, it's always fun to have at least _one_ toy who doesn't know he's a toy
