allspark deluxe figures? allspark cubes? but i believe you're asking about the later?

Prop replica can be found on ebay at > US$150 at least...
here's a sample, it's roughly 7"x7"x7" and weighs about 5kg
Other smaller version, i believe griffin has one opened and could get you measurements. It should still be available in some online stores and should cost about A$65 - A$120 depending on how much you wish to spend on it.
The next smaller version is by TFClub where they have the normal, dark and luminous version. These babies cost about A$20 max back then.
The last and smallest one of the lot which is from the Dark Arcee and Dark Incinerator packs.

I just checked out the TFClub one I have and it's about 3 maybe 3.5 cm cubed. This is a very rough estimate though.
