There's a few other Lego exclusives I have never seen before inside the latest 2009 catalogue (from the Lego Club mailout) that should be store exclusives as they have the little star symbols next to the sets indicating a store exclusive:

Space Police:
- 5975 Max Security Transport
- 5980 Squidman's Pitstop

Power Miners:
- 8708 Cave Crusher
- 8709 Underground Mining Station

Star Wars:
- 7753 Pirate Tank
- 7754 Home One Mon Calamari Star Cruiser

Technic:
- 8263 Snow Groomer
- 8063 Tractor With Trailer
- 8258 Crane Truck

I am so tempted to get Cafe Corner, Green Grocer and Market Street just so I can add the Fire Station to it. Must resist temptation......
