Stupid Australia Post left pickup card in my box so went there at 4.30 to get it and the dumb idiot couldn't find it so just told me to come back tomorrow.
I said it's not good enough but what can I do. Grrrr

I hear ya there. Half the time the guy just puts the slip in my letterbox without even bothering to knock in the first place. The contractors they get to deliver packages are a joke, well some of em are.

Did nothing when i did. I was throwing out the garbage when he pulled up and headed straight for the letterbox with a card. Shouldve seen his face when i said you going get my signature now or make me walk to the office?

Happened to mea year ago, so I lodged a formal complaint through the phone with specific details. A week later they swapped the delivery guy and haven't had problems so far.

Only once in my life have I had a postie bring my package up to my door, so I'm used to walking to post office every week but it would be a whole lot nicer if they brought it up to the door. Instead they lie by saying that they were here at 10am and no one was home when they actually were.

Went back there again this morning. They still can't find the parcel! Waited about 50 minutes whilst they rang a few other nearby POs without any luck. It should be a great big box, they can't miss it surely.

Once something similar happened to me when I bought my AM-19 Unicron the seller I bought it from wrote his sir name instead of mine on the box and they spent around half an hour looking for it until they noticed what happened.
