we've had so much rain here in the last 4 days that my mancave flooded again. yesterday morning when i got up to take the mother-in-law to work (4am)there was about 20+ wheelie bins floating passed at about 20+knots. after dropping her off went in the mancave to see how the waterproofing i did was holding up and there was ankle deep water running through. at least the waterproofing worked and now i've identified where the water was coming in and i'm waterproof that section as soon as it stops raining.

i wish i can afford too. i'm not working atm and when i do get back to work, we are outta here. it was the worse thing we have ever done. it's a nice big house but the crims and 2nd flooded mancave in 2 years is enough.

This is a pretty harmless vent, but I rearranged my shelves last night very carefully (with TF figures on them and lego). I very carefully took out each shelf slowly. I was very close with my classics shelf, some fell off but most survived. However, when I went to take out my G1/reissue shelf, all hell broke loose.

Almost got it to the end, everything was looking great until the constructicons tumbled over, they were seperate at the time (still are), Devy parts went EVERYWHERE, since I keep them at the back of the shelf. Soundwave missiles, cassette chrome bits, the whole bunch just went flying. Took me a solid half an hour to find them all. Most of the Lego ended up unscathed, but the minifigures all got knocked down from their delicate positions.

Glad to say everything looks WAY better now IMO (pics to come in update), but I have realised that I REALLY need glass shelves. The black shelves obstruct the things on the lower shelves from my view, which kinda sucks. Thanks for reading my pointless, small vent.

i don't know how many times i've done that. just to save a few minutes but end up taking hours when you gotta find all the parts.
