not sure if anyones noticed this before but the "scientia" at unsw front on looks like the decepticon symbol! this is especially apparent on the desktops of UNSW computers

Umm... no. I graduated in 2001 and MP01 came out in 2004. I would've been carrying around Car Robot/RiD stuff.

No wonder my computer lecturer once desribed that building as "modern but ugly looking".

Part of Sydney Uni's uglier - esp. the biomedical building... bleccccch! Tokyo's uni's pretty ugly too... although I suppose these places are just ugly cos they're old and dirty, whereas the Scientia was intentionally designed that way. I think it looks neat. ;p

...just realised that I've never scanned any of my photos of when me at Tokyo Uni. <puts on "To Do" list> I only went to Tokyo Uni once to do an exam - I wasn't an enrolled student there. I attended Daitobunka University, at the Matsuyama Campus which looks nicer than the main campus in Itabashi.

The Matsuyama Campus did have this funky bridges that look all "Futurama" but in reality are just overhead bridges covered in glass, which means that they're hot-as-hell in summer (T_T). #31 on that map is a massive lake full of Koi which was nice... if the water wasn't so murky.

Japanese universities evidently aren't as cartoonish as the ones we have in Sydney.
