The only change is really the Prime fists, the chopped up cannon port at the back(nosecone of the plane before) and the tank treads from...something... looks good though

Don't think so. Makes me think of the RiD Scouts but they'd be way too small.
Love the paint job on the robot mode but the alt mode is nowhere.
