As I got my two today.
Whould like to say... it wasn't as hard, as it looked to transform.
Was able to transform him to his Vehicle and Prime Combine Modes after a bit of trouble and IMO he was a lot easier "if not equal" to prime transformation difficulty.
Even though i like him, I Would have even more if he wasn't carrying the extra cargo underneath.

I find Prime to be a LOT more difficult than Jetfire. Jetfire is quite a large panel former, which makes him quite fiddly and tricky to transform - but not as bad as some other big panelformers like say Big Convoy (-_-). I find the straps to be the most annoying part of the transformation.

Update: from the last post.
I don't know if anyone else has done it,but...
If this isn't, the "way" it is suppose to be in vehicle mode. I have found a way, to "stop" it from hanging in vehicle mode, without using the legs tp hold the straps.
"Hoping, it is "suppose" to be like this and dose not eventually break the straps"...

My gosh Jetfire is so bloody annoying to transform into vehicle mode!!! All the panels on the back wont stay together and I can't get the dang wing to connect. I agree Gok, its soo very fiddly!
Needless to say I gave up! I'll try again when I get my sanity back.
And instructions are useless.

I can transform between robot and jet okay... but still haven't successfully combined him with Optimus Prime yet.
That's what I told myself about combining him with Prime. Still haven't tried again yet.

I think, the Wing bits on the back should stay together as soon as you lock the engines in...?

based on personal experience Connecting "Jetfire" on to the top connectors on "Prime" is what gave me the most hassle...
