Hmm, my first thought is Energon Combiner digit? From Universe Superion perhaps?

I had Universe Superion for a day or two (so the part could have fell out) and I own Superlink Superion, but here's a pic of those part so I don't think so:

Never had one, but I did own a Universe Blaster and still have the hexagonal bombs/birds/weapons, but the blue seems a bit different and I'm not missing any parts there.

Any other ideas?

I know that part and I've been racking my brains all day and I've finally worked it out. I know it in red as part of Armada Red Alert. But yours is part of Movie Inferno! http://www.tfu.info/2008/Autobot/Inferno/inferno.htm

Hey, follow up question. Where did it come from? Does it stow somewhere? Found it. Both hand add-ons stow in the back right panel.
