It may be 'baseless rubbish' but gargantuan amounts of bad QC Primes we got with the Target MP4s cannot be denied. I got lucky too, I bought one with no noticeable QC but that doesn't explain all the other people who got a dodgy one and mentioned it on this board.

This is a second re-release.

The first re-release available in Hong Kong last year from Hasbro HK reportedly had very poor QC and paint jobs as well. And I believe the 5000 received by our Target here were from the same production batch.
