Mine's from the US and it's got the same problem (but not quite that extreme) - I've left it MOSC, so I don't know if it's actually broken or not, but it doesn't look like it.
Maybe it's something that happens whilst they're in transit and they get knocked around a bit?

Not real worried about it cause I actually opened him up and nothing was busted.

I think my one takes the cake for being "The Best Case of Poor Quality Control" thus far...
I finally opened up my MOSC Mindset that I received last week and proceeded to transform him without looking at the instructions (as I always do) and half way through I noticed something was missing.
A pic says a thousand words, so spot what they forgot to attach at the factory!
Definitely not happy... EPIC FAIL in terms of QC from Hasbro!
The left foot of Generations Thrust seems to be too tight, so much so that in transforming him I created a white stress mark on it. Annoyed.
