I cannot forgive that level of bad QC so easily. I blame Has-Tak-Tom for it not the factories. They pay the factory workers 'peanuts' so that the toy company can get a huge cut in the profits at the expense of both the workers and the consumers with over priced toys.

The factories are 3rd party contractors. They pay their own workers. Both sides are to blame.
1. Has-tak for getting the cheapest factory.
2. The factory cutting costs and corners to garnish an extra slice of profit from the contract amount.
Bottom line, the factories are to blame overall.

i just remebered another prioblem with one of my figures... my vayager mixmaster has a problem, one of his fuel tanks that sit under the cab, that end up behind his head in robot mode, is badly bent, and it bends inwards so the figure looks broken. its minor compared to some things others have had but its still bad.

Must have been packaged that way or with the leg not fully 'popped' into the ball joint.

My most recent example of bad q/c is on my Animated Ultra Magnus- His mouth doesnt move when you press his speech button. Its not a big deal- its not like my Universe Galvatron thats for sure!

That's actually the second one (ROTF Legend) that I have seen with it's leg popped off. Can't recall if it was Sideswipe though...

least it has just popped off and not snapped like my dune runner!
