rough surface
Some of my toys have pretty smooth surface but some of them pretty rough.
"Rough" I mean, if you look closer, you will see hundreds of thin scratch lines on nearly all plastic panels of the toys and give you feel that it is made of cheap plastic.
My MP01B and amazon black ROTF prime are like this.
But some of my friends MP01B do not.
Why is this?

rotf scattershot - no screw in back of head! much like the people that monitor q/c at hasbro, have a few screws loose and fall out!!
