It's Action Master/Classic Pretender Legends Starscream! I actually prefer the grey head - he just needs a black face.

As mentioned in the Acquisitions Thread, I picked up Starscream today and mine has the unpainted head. There was only one other on the pegs which I checked and this also had an unpainted head.
I just assumed that they (Hasbro) decided to go with this considering there were two exactly the same. Now I'm just pissed off that I have to look for another one
