Contact TakaraTOMY and tell them. They actually take complaint calls seriously.

When I called to complain about a missing part on my MP Convoy they FedEx'd me replacement parts (with free gifts as an apology!) which arrived in just a few days from lodging the complaint! When I called them about Encore Ironhide/Ratchet not being on their online survey database they corrected it within 24 hours!

The Customer Support page lists several call centre numbers that you can phone - just remember to add +81 for dialing Japan from overseas.

I've got tome Taktomy issues as well.
The green micron car from GF has his head on backwards.
henkei Starscream's chest doesn't hold together in bot mode properly.
And for the really picky Henkei Bumblebee has some blue paint on his noggin' (it's quite little)

I had some dodgy shoulder trouble with my Encore Convoy, but after a quick disassemble and re-assemble, (woth some bending in between) he came good.

I have an Optimus Prime junior from the 3 pack with 2 left feet, I kept him for this oddity.

I've found that the back of Henkei Skyfire's cockpit, which is blue, doesn't fold down properly when in robot mode. It could be easily fixed with some filing. I took a look at my 2nd MISB version, and it seems to suffer the same problem.

My MP4 has some mismatched red and some minor chipping.

I find it ironic that bumblebee was due to too much paint.

I was in Australia. Yeah... I was really impressed by the speed of their service! I was expecting to wait for weeks, but it arrived in a matter of days. It was delivered directly to my hands by express FedEx courier - I had to sign for it and everything. Phwoar!

It was funny, the guy I was speaking to didn't realise that I wasn't in Japan. It was only when he asked me where I lived - expecting me to tell him which prefecture - that I said I was in Australia and he was like, sounding like he nearly fell of his chair, オーストラリア？！？ He was also really apologetic (and you just know that they're bowing at you repeatedly on the other end of the phone)... I thought that if he'd felt any more ashamed that he might kneel into Seiza and commit Harakiri. Eep!

yeah its very obvious and i did just check the pic of my Henkei Prime.
