Default Largest transformer restoration project you've ever done?

Just recently I purchased a G1 Tantrum and Divebomb from eBay, only to find that Tantrum had a colony of spiders and grubs inside the legs and chest cavity. On first inspection the outside was fine, and I was baffled by the amount of activity within the tiny space. It took a lot of unscrewing and cleaning to remove the intruders.

I was wondering what everyone's elses largest transformer toy restoration projects have been. Whether you have ever bought incomplete transformers and slowly built up complete toys from miscellaneous parts from various sources, or have brought scungy transformers on the verge of death back to life and into reasonable condition.

Snarl so far I think was my biggest restoration.
Got him from an op shop as a kid, was missing legs, missing half head and broken fins. Along with his accessories.

Over the years of finding junkers to fix mine up, I finally have a Snarl in decent condition, just missing a couple of missiles now.

My next big one to complete will be Fort Max (and expensive lol)
Missing quite a number of accessories.

I did exactly what kup did. The only thing more I have to add is those springs in the pic. omfg they are tough and it really was a challenge getting them back in place.

I had two beat up Omega Supremes which kup MacGuyvered into two working Omega Supremes (sold the spare to Pulse) and had two beat up G1 Snarls which kup MacGuyvered into 1 good Snarl -- gave the spare junker away (to roller maybe? Can't remember. )

I restored my Roadbuster, however still waiting for its stickers (3 months).

Next will probably be my Jetfire.

IIRC yep that was when roller came back for time - during which he gave us his mini novel/comic which has yet to have a sequel
Sheesh , from memory I only have measly restorations compared to the stuff kup is actually doing hehehe. Mostly just the whitening bath for AM megs, RID prowl and AM Shockwave . Other than that nada.

I try to avoid buying TFs that needs repairing coz I feel cheated if I paid that much on something that still neeeds work on, missing parts mebbe ( a gun or two) but not broken ones. Having said that I do have some broken ones in my collection that I need to replace but is not a priority really
Wanted AM partner Vanguard, Myclones Dirge, G1 Victory Leo, e-hobby Dark scream ( the black version), e-hobby Magnificus
Parts- AM partner Basher-side guns, G1 Actionmaster Elite Windmill's blades[I][B]
