    Does a single cellular phone bill (i.e. not an additional statement of your landline provider) represent a form of utility bill.

    if your using it as a form of ID and it has your address on it i would think so

    As blackie said - for ID purposes, as long as it has your name and address then you're all set

    It depends what you need the ID for. Banks can't use mobile phone bills.
