They were just re-released in Canada so that is why they're all coming from there. These quickly rose to US$200 when they dried up. I would recommend jumping on one of the Canadian ones while you can.
The seller 00dopey has one and two here. I bought 2 Premium Leader Megatrons from him a year or so ago and he gave me a very favorable/honest postage rate.
