Firstly, that's a newly molded piece and wouldn't be included

Secondly, it isn't a Universe toy. Takara don't make movie toys into Henkei, why would they make this one? Its not like they released a Henkei G1 Movie Jazz

'twas a joke about the average board reactions to classic characters getting new toys but you gotta admit that Stencilator and the Botcon custom versions look nicer with the shinnier parts
