    In UserCP there is a feature called "Edit Ignore List" but it will only hide posts by members on that list.

    Alternatively, under "Edit Options" there is the option to limit PM's to mods + contact list people - the downside meaning you will have to add everyone who you are OK with receiving to this list - probably much larger than if it was an exclude list!
