The easier way around it is to go to the lay-by counter and bring it to their attention, they will then discount your lay-by to match the sale price and yes I have done this on many a time.
Found one today at a Victorian Target store. Just the one and the box was pretty badly battered at one corner so I left it there for now. Scanned it in on the price checker though and liked seeing the "Convoy" name came up in the computer.
Target Perth and Target Bullcreek still have none as of today.
None in my areas (Brisbane nth) yet.
When I spoke to the local Target here it sounded like they were holding off until the sale, but you never know they may still put them out early.
I bought one at Highpoint target, Friday night. The box had some damage to the top corner, it was the last one there. I was going to pass but my girlfriend convinced me, I’m glad she did. The box seemed much worse at the store, it really isn’t bothering me at all.
If lots do turn upon sale I’ll exchange the new one on the old receipt. If it is a local store I might take it home and swap the box too but I wont be really hunting. I’m happy with what I got.
Gah! I Can't find them.
I've checked the Targets at Box Hill, Camberwell and Melbourne CBD and they have all either not been put out or already raided. >.<
I am hoping Box Hill is just being itself. They take ages to get anything or at least put it out on the shelf.
GP...target city has been raided by me for the first 2 found that sparked this hype...
generally, they are officially out there...just keep your eyes peeled
