Congrats KalEl! I am still yet to get mine, since there's currently none in my vicinity. You are a lucky duck and I am getting desperate for that toy.
    Anyway, congrats.

Was at Phillip Island the last few days and I learnt to do something I couldnt previously do... SURF, I'm not a very good swimmer but surfing is quite easy and bloody fun.

After a lifetime of trying, I FINALLY worked out how to do neat corners when Wrapping presents!

    ALLLLLL RRRRIIIIIIIIIGHT!

Only taken me like a good 10 years or so of trying...

Gift boxes work best for me. You can even reuse them for next Xmas, and the year after that, and the year after that etc... I've been using the same gift box for the last 9 years

How do you get the corners right? Is it fold them to one side and stick?

You can get a lot of Transformers cheaper if you know where to shop, and especially if there's a sale and/or if you have access to a store membership card (I use my friend's member card when I bought some TFs at Yodobashi Camera). You can also haggle at Hero Gangu in Osaka to get prices down (assuming your brother can speak Japanese ). But even if you get a TF at RRP it can save you the cost of postage if your brother can bring them back with him in his luggage. Mind you... with Encore Omega Supreme, he's not gonna have much space for much else. One way to save on luggage space is to ditch the packaging. What I did was flatten the boxes I wanted to keep, threw out the trays/blisters, and with the boxes I didn't want to fully keep I just cut out the packaging art and chucked the rest. That saved a LOT of space (but even then, we ended buying an extra luggage case in Kyoto to fit all the stuff my wife and I were buying in Japan! )

I'm not sure on luggage space, but it will probably be a lot. It's not that heavy, is it?

It can get heavy quite quickly, since each deluxe fig weighs around 250-350grams, and with the goal of saving big is to buy as many as you can get.

A good measure is to see how many you out of packaging deluxes will take to make 1kg, so you'll be guestimate a weigh limit/budget for your bro.
