Pre-approved for a home loan today, with more to spend than I had budgeted on (not that I'll go crazy). Now to find the home I want to buy.

    Congratulations. Truly.

And a mortgage and a home puts into perspective the importance of obtaining plastic crap.

(as said by someone who wants plastic crap so much)

Got me a $1.68/hr pay rise today!

Which is handy, been pre-approved for a home loan for nearly two months, this makes things soooooo much easier now.

You'd finally be able to get your collection on display as YOU see fit! NOW that's something to look forward to Paul! Congrats!

And in that theme of TF rooms Im sharing my Joy, as I finally, finally, I was able to finish displaying all my TFs in their room. I was lacking a couple of shelves , okay, a lot. Fortunately my neighbor was throwing away two tall MDF shelves ( just needed a bit of cleaning but nothing broken) with adjustable shelf pieces, Perfect for what I need! Just exactly what I needed and saves me about oh $80 AND my collections display is finally off the floor... literally.
