I love the G2 comics, they are probably my favourte TF comics to date. There just so dark and foreboding compared to most TF comics. And the art while wierd reminds me of some of the odd styles that were popular in the 90's.

On the toy front I dunno, I guess Darkwing and Sideswipe were kinda cool. I always wanted a Laser Prime to, but missed out as I wasn't overly interested in TFs at that time.

I have Black Convoy now, who I prefer.

And I don't see why Blast Off is drawing critisim when the rest of the G2 Combaticons had camo schemes that would only have been of use in drug induced halucinations from the 60's.

Space ships are serious business. Since Bruticus is meant to be made up of retired army vehicles I think the camo is great.

Yeah but at least military trucks & choppers have some use for camo. There's no jungle in Earth's orbit.

leige, is that a Sludge in your G2 shelf?

yep, I know I know, he's never been reissued ever in G2 but I wanted a more complete G2 dinos, so if I find a blue bodied Swoop cheaply (ha!) I may just add that to make them a complete cast... I admit I have a twisted way in my shelves display.

and before anyone reacts, yes that is a junker G2 starscream.. my work in progress, seeing that roller was kind enough to give it to me for free - happen to find the fists at the last parra fair, slowly he will be complete, albeit modified parts at times..
Heeeey! Not only do you have a Sludge on there... Stalker's not Generation 2!!

(I will accept Clench, even though I usually put him in MY G1 displays.)

(There's simply no ambiguity about the Turbomasters/Predators -- they were G1.)

There's no purple and neon Jungles on Earth either, so I don't know what use their camo would be.

Seems more likely to be a Combaticon fashion trend, and Blast-Off didn't want to miss out.

I only liked the G2 repaints of the G1's not the actual brand new mold g2's except for Green tank Megatron and Hot rod Optimus

Late G2 was what gave us _articulated_ robot modes in Transformers, including the introduction of ball-and-socket joints.
