Its got Red Decepticon symbols so I am guessing that this is a stolen from factory Botcon 08 'Heroic Decepticon' Starscream.
So far Prime and Starscream here are very dissapointing as Prime looks like Motor master and Screamer obviously like Jetfire.
Gold Bug is the only good one so far.

Another terrible repaint
If only the Botcon figure repaint people would just listen to the Fandom every once in a while & repaint some Cybertron/Classics car molds into something like this http://plasticcrack.net/archives/200..._menasory#more instead of the drivel they're pumping out this year

It's in Hong Kong! It's just a knock-off! Or at the very least a fan repaint.
I wouldn't be too worried yet... :P. It's not on the Botcon site and is therefore not official.
