    Far as I'm concerned, for loose figures, there is no such thing as "totally mint" or "C10 figure". That only happens if the figure is sealed.

    And is not from the animated line :P

    as much as i love (and i should with a complete MISB set), they're a pain in the bum to find without paint defects and sometimes scratches

    I saw this auction too and noticed the discrepancy. "Mint"?

    I've got two unsealed figures I'd consider mint, only by virtue of having no wear at all and have never even been transformed. I wouldn't believe anyone on eBay calling something unsealed "mint" though.
