I bought my TM Blurr for something like $50. Most of the Autobot TMs that I have I bought at around the same price too. I have also seen them go for that price a few times on ebay.
However the 'new' Decepticon Targetmasters go for at least double (often more). The 'old 86' Target Masters like Cyclonus can go between $110-$150 while Scourge goes for crazy prices.
The ever elusive card backs/packaging for the G1 Seacons. I remember I spent about a year just trying to collect their tech specs..

I totally understand how hard these are to find.
It took me awhile and on my third set of Seacons to get these from an AU seller:

PS: I sold one set of Seacons complete with all Tech Specs to Kup a year or so back. Not sure if Kup is the tech spec kind of guy, but you might drop him a line if you still need Seacon tech specs.
Hehe I got over the tech spec madness. I've learnt to go without them; but if they're included with a figure I don't mind hanging on to it
Just checked out that link to the gallery photos of your carded seacon set too. I'm positive sealed AFA graded seacon giftsets exist, but I don't think there are any individual variants on the AFA report last time I checked. Your set looks pretty close to MOSC, it must be worth a fair amount these days.
And he's just relisted 5 at US$110 each, with a Make Offer option. I think he's getting desperate to move these.
Also some US$27 MachTackles.
