Given that the other ones on sale on ebay are around $1K (and I think have been sitting there for at least a year) this prob boosted the price. Looking at the bidding activity, there were a few bidders who took multiple stabs at this after losing their initial max bids. Some bidder called a***n has been taking multiple punts on this guys auctions. Dropped over 350 bids in the last month. 21% bidding activity on the bloke with the MP8x. Also bidding on quite a few other masterpieces from the same seller. I'd like to think he's a legit fan with cash to burn.

As others have mentioned there is a pristine MP8x for sale on these boards. If anyone has the cash for this, support local, support the Australian economy and buy Megatran's!!

(the seller is from China, and on ebay for 10 years - they have a lot of other Transformers, some that are pretty cheap that have free shipping)

Looks like they have had the same listing for an age but they have boosted the price. So the 13 that sold were likely quite some time ago.
