I would think they're KOs, as TF Direct also have them under "G1 Reissue" and explicitly states they're KO.

100% legit knock offs
None of these guys has been reissued, reissues are never in the same box as the original, they always have some kind of markings to distinguish them as reissues/encores.
Also the sheer amount they seem to have would have had to be a warehouse find for them to be legit, and if that was the case the TF news sites would be screaming about this for hours
