Meh. It's no secret that Michael Bay is a tyrannical and difficult director to work with. Bay admits this himself! - just watch the DVD special features! There's one moment where the crew get their revenge by hurling fake director's megaphones at him simultanouesly.

But yeah, Bay knows that he's very demanding and admires anyone who can keep up with him. And when you're in a position of leadership like being a director, quite frankly sometimes you _need_ to be a "Nazi" to get the job done. It seems that Fox is saying that he's a hard boss to work under but personally she doesn't have an issue with him ("So he's a nightmare to work for but when you get him away from set, and he's not in director mode, I kind of really enjoy his personality") -- and that's real life.

I personally don't care about the personal interactions or relationships between cast and crew IRL, so long as they can work together well enough to produce movies. Business before pleasure (or lack of).
