    Back from the dead!
With so many nice customs on this board now I figured I'd better get a move on with my one (and only) custom.
I've finally clear coated all the panels and it turned out so nice I couldn't help fitting it together to have a look see.
I still have to get rid of some orange peel and dust though.
Don't mind the back wheel, I dropped one and chipped some paint off

I think that's about the cleanest custom I've ever seen. I love it. Beautiful paint work. I wish I had your patience.

Absolutely stunning man, the flared guards and rims give it the jap racer look. And it looks like a factory quality finish too. Just need the Mazdaspeed, Trust, Blitz, Top Secret etc.... stickers to finish it off.
If I want your opinion, I'll give it to you

This thread is inspiring me to finish off some Gundam models I have had half completed, all ready to airbrush on some darker colours on raised edges for details before doing a final coat. It's been two years procrastination but now with summer around the corner...

How long has this project been going on now gamblor?

    Luv that finish - Sweet!

I'm guessing putting the pins back in has gotta be one of the most nerve-racking parts of the entire build...

Thanks, though I'm nowhere near your rate of conversions

I'm going to leave it clean, don't want to cover the finish. Hastak factory QC?

I'm going to try to replace them with screws, not going to risk it. Made enough mistakes with those bloody pins.
