Looks good, I'm about 80% to the "I'll pay whatever price for it" stage. Might have to do with the fact that the movie line does nothing for me.

Well, Hasbro probably could, if they wanted to sell low numbers of something at the $80 price point which might not meet safety standards, after spending decades marketing themselves as makers of kidsafe products.

Summary - Hasbro can.
$80 is cheap.
Parents pay for Leader Class, Ultra Class Supreme class.
Low numbers - response - look at the Masterpiece Line.

I do agree with you that Hasbro's focus is kiddys, but across the ocean there's a company called TakaraTomy that can fill the collectors market if they got permission from the daddy.

Really, I always thought it was a stand-alone figure for 'Defender', and those resin prototype shots don't show any universe figure underneath that I can see.It'll attach to universe springer
