Yeah it was a pretty easy conversion, so it didn't take very long.. only a couple of hours.

very nice...just wondering what you used for the head? was it a Grimlock head?..he could almost be a Grimlock ...

Hehe.... I used the original Ironhide head... those that have a Movie Ironhide will know what I mean.

nice work there, how does it look in its other mode?

Looks the same as a regular Ironhide, except his exhaust mufflers/cannons are now a more realistic looking worn metal look as opposed to blue plastic.
