How can you tell if Ratbat is KO?

The KO Ratbat is based on the Ratbat that comes with silver weapons, so for a sure way of knowing is legit is to go for the golden weapon variety.

If you only have a choice of the Silver weapon variation, then there isn't a real way to find out unless you are holding it in your hand. Aparently the KO Ratbat is more loose than the original and does not fit inside the chest of an Original g1 Soundwave due to the wings being half a mm too thick. He fits fine in a Soundblaster chest however.
