First look at Mindwipe, all i can say is instant buy for me!
Hopefully they sell it with the other figure (forgot the name) that connects the top of it in jet mode aswell!

Looks very Galaxy Force Noise Maize to me. Can't quite see the connection to Mindwipe, but I do like the take on the vehicle mode.
