Hardest for me would have been the Darth Vader Death Star, took me over 45 min to get it looking round. The first time i tried i could'nt do it so gave up

I'd say one pain in the ass one is Ulitmate bumblebee
Hardest has got to be ROTF Leader Jetfire.
Easiest? Probably one of the Throttlebots
Masterpiece Megs for sure. It's so hard ive never fully transformed him. I tried and gave up out of fear of breaking something.
Agreed, he was a pain, I transformed him once, took me 1 1/2 hours, then back to robot mode. He will stay that way the rest of his life.
MP Grim is hard as well, I haven't even tried. My bro-in-law did, but he will stay robot mode as well.
The Jets are fickle as well, but not as hard IMO.
And for a FAB, Frenzy is a pain to get back into Alt mode.
As for an easy ones, my Battle Chargers are easy, I just have to let got and they transformAnd the Duocons

MP Megs is the hardest, especially for the first time because theres a lot of non-intuitive transformation detail. However he fits together very nicely in the end.
MP seekers however, at least my hasbro version, is a bitch to get everything lined up correctly even when you have the hang of it.
Easiest? an RPM![]()
As I said, Jumpstarters (and Battlechargers) are easy one-step transformation Transformers in theory. I'd put Gravity Bots in this same category. In reality these Transformers are often trickier because their gimmicks are prone to mucking up or just breaking down. Actually, the Battlechargers' transformation gimmick tends to still work well even after 23 years, but the problem is that their back supports become floppy in robot mode.
You know that the Throttlebots all follow the same transformation pattern, right?Originally Posted by Lordy
Having said that, Wideload would be the easiest to transform since his arms don't clip onto the main motor section; you can lift up the body without having to fold the arms out first. Doesn't really make much of a huge difference, just gives you a slight luxury of folding the arms out later if you want.
But the Throttlebots aren't one-step Transformers, they're actually four-steps. I can't think of any Transformers that are easier to transform that one-steppers.
Same! I agree with what Lint said about his transformation being rather counter-intuitive, but I don't find the gun mode worth all that effort. I keep my MP Megatron in robot mode and my e-Hobby Megaplex in gun mode, which is closer to a 1:1 scale anyway.Originally Posted by 1AZRAEL1
MP Grimlock's not that hard*. Half the toy pretty much transforms like 1985 G1 Grimlock but the other half transforms like a Masterpiece.Originally Posted by 1AZRAEL1

*I'm not saying he's easy either! Like I said, half of the toy still transforms like an MP, so he's still no walk in the park, but he's relatively less complicated than other MPs.
Hardest for me is Alternator Grimlock. I bought him second hand in robot mode and have never successfully transformed him into a car. And not for want of trying.
SofaMan - Occasionally Battling Evil with his Mighty Powers of Indolence
Hardest? For Me? for some reason.... Any frikking **!@()!@ &#)!( @#&$)(!!!!** .. Shellformer. Esp. Big Convoy who has stayed In his robot mode always... for this reason.
.. Hmm I didnt find MP megs to be that hard at all? Thoug I Inly transformed him once and put him back... ugh.. he just feel so so fragile compared to prime, and is of course not easily replaced.
Easiest? Tapes such as Ravage, Steeljaw & Ramhorn would be on my really easy list without being.. well.. those little R.E.V.S toys![]()
