Took me about that as well, I just looked at the pretty little pictures, which were next to useless

first time i tranformed MP-5 it was hard but not 1.5 hours :/

Now its fairly easy and intuitive.

I have found, that Universe Nemesis Prime was a complete pain to transform. The instructions were lame no language at all ones, and they started from Beast mode, yet he was boxed in robot mode.... Never successfully got him into beast mode until I just recently acquired a korean Big Convoy with instructions and language (although Korean...). even then, instructions were from beast mode, but robot mode in box, still at least they worked better and I finally did it.

Now I just find that due to mould changes, parts of Nemesis naturally fall off and he just doesn't fit together well, indicating that when I tried TF-ing him , I was pretty close, but poor quality stopped (put off more like it) me from going any further...

Forming Omega Prime (RID) was a bit of a bugger too, i remember spending at least an hour on it and working up quite a sweat in the process, although it was christmas time.

Easiest? Battlechargers or Cosmos perhaps?

I find MP Grimbo quite easy, its close enough to the original to give me little tingles, with funkiness happening on the legs. Never found it all that hard once I had a good look at the way the tail folds away.

Big Convoy is a pain in the bum to transform. I got the Japanese version back in 1999 and even with readable instructions it was frustrating. I literally threw that toy across the room in frustration after trying to transform it for the first time. (-_-) If there were ever a Transformers dictionary, I'd swear if you looked up the word "shellformer" you'd find a picture of Big Convoy!

I found Big Convoy easy to transform and I found it intuitive. I don't know what you guys are on about :/ When I bought that toy I had heard all the stuff about how difficult it is to Transform and I actually found Energon Mirage mold (the boat guy) to be a much greater challenge. The BTs are also a much greater challenge.

A hard and frustrating toy to transform is Movie Leader Brawl another is Optimal Optimus.

Does the transformation of Big Convoy require a higher intuitive level than say Magmatron or Omega Prime?

I managed to get transform the latter two based on pictures of their robot modes. I love transformers for their ingenuity, and have been a bit iffy over Big Convoy purely because the YouTube reviews on him contain ball joints popping off.
