Picked up the complete Baldur's Gate saga today for $15...it's been discontinued so if anyone who doesn't have it wants it (legitimately anyway) get it soon.
Unfortunately Gametraders had sold their copy of the complete Thief collection or I would have got that too.

Nice work, I grew up on the BG series and it's still probably my favourite RPG series of all time, as much as I love JRPGs... Luckily I've got all the games already.

Anyway donwloaded the Infamous 2 demo today to see what all the fuss was about and wow this game is fun! I will definitely pick it up within the next couple of weeks. I never played the first either but now I am seriously contemplating picking it up as one of my free games from Sony as well.

Snagged my copy tonight too (from JB). 2 hours in and I'm thankful that it's more a case of "It's so bad, it's good" rather than "**** me, why did I buy this pile of ****??". Unsurprisingly, it looks and plays like a 2000 game. This fact alone is gonna kill it for a lot of people (Resistance or Halo, this is not).

Having said that, it's pretty darn fun! And if you're a fan of 80's/90's action movies, like me you'll probably dig the whole dodgeyness of it all. What I'm finding particularly refreshing with DNF is here we have an FPS that doesn't take itself too seriously. It's just big dumb fun and that's just what the doctor ordered imo.

The 2 weapon limit annoys me to no end, kinda hard to justify the novelty weapons when you only have 2 slots

On another note, I think I lost my free games. I was going though the motions and had them in the cart, as I was looking for the duke, an error message came up and I got booted out of the shop. I sign back in and my games are gone and I can't put them back in the cart!

No sign of them in the downloads thing either. WTF? Not happy Jan!
