For gamers of old FPS, GOG has Doom, Doom 2, Final Doom, all 3 Quakes, Wolfenstein 3D and SOD, and Return to Castle Wolfenstein, all for about $25. I'll be buying them on Friday

It might be a sign that I'm lazy or that all the various launchers are just overwhelming. Even tho I hate Valve as an entity I just prefer to buy my PC games on Steam and tend to skip GoG releases. It would be great to have my Uplay, Origin, Battle.net, GoG and Windows Store games all in Steam.
I have a list of all G1 characters that have been released in CHUG form. You can find it here. Please feel free to let me know if I got anything wrong so I can fix it.

Any of the day -1 announcements from E3 get anyone here excited? I was underwhelmed by most of it, tho Titanfall 2 looks cool and Dishonoured 2 looks great but not my type of game. Hopefully tomorrows announcements from Microsoft, Ubisoft and Sony will be more exciting.

On a personal level I bet Microsoft's will be good for me since their franchises really appeal to me, but there's going to be tons of crap thrown at them because they have up to 5 hardware related announcements to make and people seem to hate Microsoft hardware announcements.

For those not following the industry as close as me they are expected to announce an Xbox Chromecast competitor, an Xbox Apple TV competitor, an Xbox One slim, a next generation Xbox One currently codenamed Scorpio and possibly Xbox games (as in the actual Xbox version not a port) running on PC as part of Project Helix.

Sony has said they will not talk about the PS4 Neo so no new hardware from Sony other than the already announced PSVR so they will hopefully have tons of first party games coming this year because I was disappointed how few they released last year.

Massive meh, the only thing I like so far is the Berserk Musou. Making a Prey game that isn't a sequel to the first really pisses me off.

I think this will be a pretty boring E3. Not even really excited for Zelda anymore. All i'm really looking forward to is a release date for Tekken 7.

Anyone else into fighters much? The King of Fighters XIV comes out in a few months and is shaping up pretty nicely. I whipped up a quick website with the characters' moves so i can reference them on mobile while playing instead of going into the menus: http://the-king-of-fighters-xiv.aust...postcodes.com/ Will have a new domain name for it soon, that's just one i had floating around doing nothing

Well I'm rather happy with the Xbox press conference. The rumours were true that Forza Horizon 3 is set in Australia. We haven't seen the map yet but it has locations from Victoria to Queensland in it.

Gears 4, Halo Wars 2, Dead Rising 4 and Recore all look great to me.

As someone with a high end gaming PC but all my IRL friends are on Xbox it's great to see Xbox Play Anywhere coming together. Hopefully they can get all the 3rd parties onboard. I would by the Xbox Play Anywhere versions of PC games just because of my IRL friends being on Xbox.

Also I preordered the Xbox Scorpio, but I will cancel it if Xbox Play Anywhere gets 3rd parties onboard because gaming PC trumps console.

Also it didn't get announced but earlier today Xbox One and 360 digital games started showing up on people ready to install list on Windows 10 for a little while, so they may still be bringing Xbox game support for existing games to Windows 10.

new south park game looks good and hilarious. dawn of war 3 alpha footage looks....interesting. new voice actor for the main character and change of art direction so far are definitely negatives for me but i like the gameplay style of moving closer to DoW1 type. I haven't bothered paying much attention to anything else.

I bought Starcraft Legacy of The Void today on sale at JB HiFi and got XCOM 2 on sale on Steam the other night too so some more games to add on to the pile.
